CSL-1520 - New or Edited Bulletins Can Take a Long Time to Become Active Fixed an issue where bulletins could get stuck in "Upcoming" for several minutes when they should be active after being created or edited.
CSL-1560 - Clocks Show in the Wrong Time Zone on Windows Players Fixed an issue where clock bulletins on Windows players would show their time in GMT instead of in the correct time zone.
