CSL-1590 - External Data Sources That Only Support TLS 1.2 Can Cause an Error
Retrieving external data, such as calendar feeds, from servers that only support https with TLS 1.1 or greater will now work as expected.
CSL-1603 - Zone RSS Feeds Do Not Show Content
Fixed an issue where a zone's RSS feed wasn't accessible from anonymous http requests.
CSL-1571 - Carousel Services Don't Start Up on Reboot
Fixed an issue where the Carousel Render Service would fail to start if it was started before the SQL server or RabbitMQ service were ready to talk to it.
